About the Authorization Letter

The Authorization Letter is a required document that grants us legal permission to submit your passport application and supporting documents to the Passport Office on your behalf.

In order to process and expedite your passport request, you must submit two original, signed copies of this letter. Without them, we are unable to act on your behalf or move forward with your application.
