✈️ First Things First: You’re Not Alone

Lots of travelers miss their Trusted Traveler Program interviews for totally understandable reasons—flight delays, schedule conflicts, and last-minute emergencies. The CBP (Customs and Border Protection) team knows this, and you can recover from it.

💡 What Happens If You Miss It?

If you don’t show up for your Global Entry interview and didn’t cancel ahead of time, your application won’t be automatically denied—but it may be delayed.

You’ll need to reschedule your interview as soon as possible through the Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) portal at ttp.dhs.gov.

Log into your TTP account
Navigate to your application dashboard
Click on “Reschedule Interview”
Choose a new date, time, and enrollment center that works for you

⚠️ Interview slots can be limited, especially at major airports. Be flexible with location or check nearby centers if you're in a hurry.

🧭 Still Waiting for a Better Time? Use Enrollment on Arrival

Can’t find an appointment anytime soon? If you’ve been conditionally approved, you can complete your interview through the Enrollment on Arrival program when you return from an international trip.

It’s available at many U.S. airports and allows you to skip the formal appointment entirely.
