Global Entry Mobile App

The Global Entry Mobile App offers active Global Entry members a faster, contactless alternative to traditional kiosks when entering the United States. Available at select airports, this app allows travelers to complete their entry process directly from their smartphone, saving time and simplifying the arrival experience. To use the app, travelers must be enrolled and active in the Global Entry program. Once you've landed at a participating airport and are physically within the arrival terminal:

Open the app and select your airport from the list of supported locations.
Take and submit a real-time photo for identity verification by CBP.
Receive a digital receipt confirming your submission.

Present the receipt to a Global Entry officer upon arrival. Additional documentation may be requested as part of the entry process.

If you're unable to complete the submission or do not receive a receipt, you can simply proceed to a Global Entry kiosk and continue through the standard process.

⚠️ Eligibility and Requirements

This app is only available to active Global Entry members.
It does not support new enrollments into the program.
If you are not enrolled, you must use the standard customs process or the free CBP Mobile Passport Control app, which is available to a broader group of travelers.
