How to Book or Cancel an Appointment with Peninsula Visa
Need to meet with a member of our team? Whether you're applying for a U.S. passport, need help with a visa application, or want in-person assistance, booking an appointment is quick and easy through our online scheduling system.

Visit the Appointment Page:
Go to our scheduling portal here:
Choose a Service Type:
Select the service you need from the list (e.g., Passport Help, Visa Support, Document Drop-Off, etc.).
Pick a Date & Time:
Choose from the available dates and times that work for your schedule.
Enter Your Details:
Fill in your name, email address, and any other required information so we can prepare for your visit.
Confirm & Book:
Click Confirm and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all appointment details, including the time, location, and what to bring.

- Appointments are held at our San Jose office, unless otherwise specified.
- Please arrive on time and bring all necessary documents to avoid delays.
- We offer complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, and passport/visa photo services on-site for your convenience.
❌ How to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment
Option 1: From Your Confirmation Email
- Open the confirmation email you received after booking.
- Click the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” link provided.
- Follow the prompts to make changes to your appointment.
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
If you can’t locate your confirmation email, you can: - Call us at (800) 665-8472, or
