Refund Policy

At Peninsula Visa, we are committed to providing clear, reliable, and efficient passport and visa processing services. Our refund policy is outlined below to help you understand your rights and responsibilities when using our services.

1. Service Fees

  • All Peninsula Visa service fees are non-refundable once a travel document request has been submitted to the appropriate issuing authority on your behalf.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of visa or passport applications.
  • Service fees may vary depending on the urgency of the request and the number of business days available for processing. Consulate closings and holidays are excluded from processing day calculations.

2. Government & Third-Party Fees

  • All fees paid to government agencies and any courier, shipping, or delivery fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
  • In the event of a visa or passport rejection, Peninsula Visa will, upon request, make one additional attempt to secure the travel document.
  • If the additional attempt is due to an error by the client (e.g., incorrect application data), additional charges may apply.

3. Passport Reservations

  • A passport reservation will be secured for every passport submission.
  • If a traveler:
  • Fails to appear for the scheduled passport reservation, or
  • Cancels with less than 24 hours' notice before the reservation date,

    a cancellation fee will apply.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before submission to an issuing authority may be subject to service fees already incurred.
  • Once an application is submitted to a government agency, the full service and government fees are non-refundable.
  • Peninsula Visa reserves the right to charge additional cancellation fees in the event of an early withdrawal or cancellation of an application already in progress.

6. Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETAs and ESTAs)

  • Fees paid to Peninsula Visa for Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETAs) or U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) include application processing only.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event that an ETA or ESTA application is denied.
  • Appeals, resubmissions, or additional services are not included in the standard ETA/ESTA service and may incur additional costs.

7. Changes in Consular Fees or Services

  • Government fees and consular service availability may change without notice.
  • Peninsula Visa will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of such changes. However, we reserve the right to adjust services or fees accordingly to meet your requested processing time.
