What Is the Global Entry Login Site?

If you’re applying for Global Entry, renewing your membership, or checking your application status, you’ll need to access your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account. This is where you manage everything related to your Global Entry membership.

This is the official site managed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Be cautious of third-party or unofficial websites—only use the .gov domain for trusted access.


🧾 What You Can Do on the TTP Site

Once logged in, you can:

  • 📝 Apply for Global Entry
  • 📅 Schedule or reschedule your interview
  • 👤 Check your application status
  • 💳 View your Known Traveler Number (KTN)
  • 🕒 Renew your membership
  • 📨 Receive messages from CBP
  • 📬 Update personal info (address, passport number, etc.)

🛂 How to Log In

  1. Go to https://ttp.dhs.gov
  2. Click on “Log In” at the top right corner
  3. Use your Login.gov account credentials (email + password)
    • If you don’t have a Login.gov account, you’ll need to create one
  4. Complete any 2-step verification (phone/email code)

🔐 Global Entry accounts now use Login.gov for added security.


Forgot Your Login Info?

No worries! On the login screen, you can:

  • Click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password
  • Use “Forgot your email?” if you can’t remember your login email
