This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process to help ensure everything is completed correctly.

1. "Purpose of Travel" section: If you're traveling for business, choose "Businessman"
   • ✅ Businessman – This is the most common option for business meetings.

Important Reminders:

• ❗ Your selected visa type must match what’s listed on your MOFA invitation letter.
• ❗ You must submit your application to the same consulate named on your invitation letter.

2. Applicant Information (Personal Details)

📌 Enter the information exactly as it appears on your passport.

• Full Name: First, Middle, Last
• Mother's Name: Maiden name
• Gender
• Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
• Place of Birth (City, State, Country)
• Nationality (Present)
• Marital Status
• Religion (Muslim or non-Muslim)
• Occupation (official job title as listed in the business letter)

3. Passport Information

• Passport Number
• Place of Issue (City, State, Country)
• Date of Issue
• Date of Expiry
• Type of Passport – “Ordinary”

🛂 Ensure your passport has at least 6 months of validity from your intended date of travel.

4. Contact Information:

• Resdientail Address in the U.S.
• Phone Number (include country code)
• Email Address

5. Sponsor Information (Saudi Host)

📌 This section is critical — it must exactly match your MOFA invitation letter.

• Name of Company or Host in Saudi Arabia
• Full Address in Saudi Arabia
• Phone Number
• Chamber of Commerce Registration Number (for business visa)
• Purpose of Visit – Example: Business meetings with XYZ Company

6. Travel Details:

📅 Expected Date of Arrival

• Intended Port of Entry (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)
• Duration of Stay – Match what's written on your invitation letter

7. Accompanied Persons (if any)

• Leave blank if you’re traveling alone.
• List accompanying spouse or children as shown in their passports.

8. Photo

• A passport-style photo with a white background, 2x2 in size
• Must be recent, front-facing, and no glasses or headwear (unless religious)

• Your passport photo must be taken within the last 6 months and show your current appearance.
