U.S. Business Registration or Tax Certificate

When you apply for a Saudi business visa, you’ll need to show that your U.S. company is officially registered. This helps the Saudi consulate confirm that your business is real and trusted.

You can provide one of these documents:

  • Certificate of Incorporation or Formation

This is a document from your state’s Secretary of State. It shows your business name and the date your company was registered.

  • Business License

This is issued by your city or county and proves that your business is legally allowed to operate in your area.

The Saudi consulate uses this document to:

  • Make sure your company is legally registered in the U.S.
  • Confirm that the invitation letter from your host in Saudi Arabia is for a real business
  • Check that your business info matches what’s in the MOFA invitation letter
