How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?
If you need a copy of your receipt for any service provided by Peninsula Visa, we’re happy to help. There are a few quick and easy ways to obtain it:
1. Check Your Email
A digital receipt is automatically emailed to you at the time of payment. Please search your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Peninsula Visa or support@peninsulavisa.com.
2. Access Your Account (If Applicable)
If you created an account or portal login during your order, you may be able to download your receipt by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Access account ›
3. Request a Copy
If you’re unable to locate your receipt, simply email our support team at support@peninsulavisa.com with the following details:
- Full name used on the order
- Date of purchase (or approximate date)
