Where do I sign on the China visa application?

Signing your China visa application correctly is crucial to ensure smooth processing. Incorrect or missing signatures can lead to delays or even rejection of your application.

Here’s where and how adult applicants should sign:

1. Confirmation Page (Front Page with QR Codes)

• This is the first page of your printed visa application, easily identified by two large QR codes.

• Sign at the bottom where it says Applicant’s Signature.

• Note: Depending on your printer setup, the space for your signature may print on a separate sheet—don’t miss it.

2. Page 7 – Section 9.1A of the Application Form

• Locate Section 9.1A (Declaration).

• Sign clearly in the space marked Applicant’s Signature.

• Do NOT sign in Section 9.2E—this area is only for someone completing the form on your behalf.

Be sure to sign using only blue or black ink.
