I applied for a passport card but never received it. What should I do?

First, please note that you may wait up to four weeks after getting your passport book before you get a second mailing with your passport card. The U.S. Department of State only sends the passport card via First Class Mail. They do not send cards using 1-2 day delivery services.

If you have been waiting more than four weeks for your passport card, call the U.S. Department of State at 1-877-487-2778 to report that you have not received it.
